No- Fee Refinance Programs Thru Mortgage Alliance

No Fee re-finance programs are great for various reasons: they save you money by covering legal fees and some incurred fees, they save you time by arranging for someone to visit you at home, they make sure you get title insurance which can protect you in the future. At Mortgage Alliance we have three lenders that have a no-fee refinance/ transfer programs. They are First National, ICICI Bank and Right Mortgage by Macquarie Financial exclusive to Mortgage Alliance.

Mortgage Alliance has many great partnerships, one of them is with First National Financial. Having this great partnership allows us to not only get amazing rates with First National, we also have immediate access to their underwriters for up to date information on deals. First National is one of Mortgage Alliance largest lending partners, and we have great access to all of their products. One product is their no-fee refinance/ transfer program. This program is great if you still have some time left on your current mortgage, but want to renew for a term of 3-5 years before rates go up. First National has very competitive rates and amazing products. The transfer program allows for up to 95% loan to value with a minimum $75,000 loan amount. The loan term has to be for a minimum of 3 years and the current amortization schedule you have in place is kept. This allows you to pay off your loan as originally planned. This program comes with a 120 day rate hold, with a one time rate drop request. For clients to qualify a minimum 600 Beacon score is required. Debt service ratio stand at GDS/TDS  32/ 42. The appraisal and legal fees are paid for by First National, as well as any fees incurred with prior lender due to the switch up to $1,000. Title insurance is paid for by First National, and a representative from First Canadian Title sets up and appointment to visit you at home at your convenience.

ICICI Bank is another lender that offers a no fee refinance program. This lender is very service oriented and has a 24 hour turn around time. Their underwriters have direct extensions, and can be easily reached by mortgage professionals for updates.Pays legal fees on switch and refinance only when legal document preparations and customer signing completed by First Canadian Title (FCT). Underwriter will instruct FCT for customer signing. Mobile FCT reps available for signing. ICICI Bank Canada does not reimburse legal fees if client selects their own solicitor. Offer and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Again, ICICI has amazing rates, and is a CMHC insured lender.

After a few years of studying English and History at the University of Toronto, I decided to transfer to Ryerson University and pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree. While studying, I worked various jobs where I acquired many skills. Starting as a teller at Scotiabank, I moved on to being a manager of a restaurant, admin staff at a medical clinic, a sales agent for INGDirect and a manager at One King West Hotel.
